In 2008, Matthieu Jean-Toscani created KITCHEN FACTORY PRODUCTION with the starred chef Cyril Lignac. After many successes in prime time (Le Meilleur Pâtissier), (Les Chefs contre-attaquent) and in access (Les Rois du Gâteau), the company became an independent leader in culinary programs and competitions, with the objective of defending the values of French cuisine, terroir and gastronomy.
